Nava Support Activity - Brig. Gen. Reid is a native of Malone, New York, and graduated from Norwich University in Vermont with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in May of 1993 and was commissioned in the United States Marine Corps through the NROTC scholarship program.
