MANAMA, Bahrain - MANAMA, Bahrain – Brig. Gen. Matthew S. Reid, Naval Amphibious Task Force 51/5th Marine Expeditionary Brigade Commanding General speaks to the blue crew of the Expeditionary sea base USS Lewis B. Puller (ESB 3) in Manama, Bahrain, Jan. 9.
